To craft compelling content, it's essential to have a deep understanding of the target audience's needs, objectives, and behaviors. Leveraging insights, research, and analysis, the AppFolio Investment Manager marketing team and I conceptualized and brought to market "Invested by AppFolio," This audio series offers a fresh perspective on those that propel the real estate investment management industry forward.

Throughout this journey, we engaged with influential figures within the real estate investment management community to uncover what truly drives their investments. We discovered that RE General Partners possess an immense passion for both their communities and investors and are eager share their deep commitments to drive business success.

In collaboration with the Senior Marketing Programs Manager, I played a pivotal role in establishing the visual and audio brand for this new audio series, all within a tight budget and short timeframe. Thanks to our pre-existing Brand Kit of Parts, we efficiently executed and successfully launched the series in less than two months.
